Vtg 1966 Mercury Park Lane CAR DISPLAY Sign! Brochures! Built Model Car Kit

This is an amazing vintage display for the 1966 Mercury Park Lane. I have no idea if this was used by a dealership or if it was created by an individual for a private collection. I think it's handmade, but I don't know where they would have gotten the little brochure box! One sign with the "Mercury" bust is broken off and can be reglued. The image is yellowing and peeling slightly. Because of its fragility, I'm not going to glue it back on since I will be shipping it. That and a small, triangular piece of wood that fits right behind it will be shipped in a plastic bag wrapped securely.
There's also a "box" holder in the right front that holds a cardboard box of "1966 Mercury Full Size Brochures". This brochure box doesn't easily fit, so I'm again packing it separately for you to place as you wish. The box with brochures measures 11/4" x 1" x 5/8".
The mirrored base measures 4 1/2" x 10 1/4". The top of the main sign is a little more than 3 3/4".
The car is a built model in the 1:25 scale in the same exact shade of pink. Driver's side door opens, hood opens, trunk opens. Detailed interior. Dashboard sticker has come off, and I'm including it inside the trunk to protect it. Some interior stickers are starting to peel. All 4 wheels touch. Minor wear to chrome, more in the back than the front. Posts are good. License plates are stickers? added on.
I wiped it down, but it could use more detailing.
