  • Condition: Not tested except that the red light comes on when upper right dial is turned on and the orange light comes on momentarily when the foot pedal is pressed. Does not make any noise and some tubes light up. Handle folds down in both directions. Sold "AS IS" but I always try to accommodate buyers so if there is a major problem I will make some adjustment.
