Vintage Early 1900's Italian Concertina Accordion Antonio Storioni.
Please note that I know very little about this item - I am selling it for a widow whose neighbor used to play it. I found a similar one pictured in a museum in Europe, and it was from around 1900. There are a few pieces of black tape on the “accordion parts” Being sold “as is” - hopefully the pictures show how nice it is. (It does make music)
