This is the vintage, original AMT 1/25 friction promo of the 1968 Ford Galaxie 500 XL 428 GT.
Color is Bright Yellow. This promo is in MINT condition, Body is in excellent condition with no scratches or scrapes. Body is super straight with no warpage, and both front A pillars and vent window posts are very straight. Glass is nice and clean with no scratches. Chassis is in excellent mint condition. Rear axle has some surface rust. all 4 hubcaps are in great shape with no chrome rubbed off. Interior has a little bit of dust/dirt in the tight nooks and crannies.
The cars only “flaws” are, The chrome on the bumpers are a bit dull. The chrome is all there, but they don’t have a bright shiny “like new” luster. And the front friction axle is extremely stiff to turn.
