I have 3 Vanguard Citicars for sale. I have Illinois titles for all 3 and will pass those along as I have them to the new owner. These vehicles are the very 1st electric car and are very rare. Having the titles makes them even more rare. These cars are as pictured, comes with all of the parts that I have. We bought these with the intention of restoring as a family project and just haven’t had the time. These have great restoration potential!!!
