    Description

    Creamware plate, 1792.
    Condition: Repair to reverse of border, with minor stain on edge of front, minor glaze flaw; otherwise in excellent condition consistent with age and usage. Please examine the photos; they are part of the description.
    Dimensions: Approximately 9¾” diameter,
    Decoration:
    The edge is decorated with a simple brown band.
    The rim is decorated with two classical patterns. The outside pattern is of simple shields and the inner of husk swags.
    The center contains a monogram that appears to be “DK Jr.” and a date, “1792”, that are surrounded by a circle of colorful flowers.
    The reverse is unmarked.
