This listing is for a brand new IBM Adaptec 4 port SATA RAID adapter. It has never been opened and is in it's original packaging.
Warranty
·    All items come with a seven (7) day warranty, that covers defective and DOA (Dead on Arrival) products only.
·    Defective merchandise can be returned for an exchange
·    Returns are subject to approval. If merchandise is found to be functional, the buyer will be charged a testing fee, and must pay shipping to return the item.
·
No returns on software will be accepted
·    Warranty covers hardware only, and does not include cosmetic defects. A defect is determined cosmetic when it does not interfere with the functionality of the device.
·    Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
·    Items purchased with manufacturer warranty should be returned to the manufacturer if a problem arises
·    The returned product must be in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
·    Does not cover any items listed “Sold as is”
Shipping
·    Item will be shipped out within 48 hours(excluding weekends) of confirmed payment
·    All items will be shipped according to the options provided upon purchase. If you would like an option not listed, please contact the seller before purchasing.
·    Most items cannot be shipped to
APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes. Please contact us prior to shipping if you need assistance, or have any questions.

After the items have been shipped, it is not our responsibility to ensure the product reaches its destination. We are not responsible for any damages during shipping. It is strongly recommended that you purchase shipping coverage.

Buyer will receive electronic notification of shipping with shipping details and a tracking number (If Available)
Payment

Buyer must make payment arrangements within 3 days. If payment has not been received within 10 days of auction close we will issue a non-paying bidder alert with eBay and buyer account will be impacted.
