    Description

    Up for sale is an Antique Wooden Tramp Art Style Picture Frame. Circa 1880-1920s.
    The frame features a gorgeous hand carved design in the borders and hand carved wooden leaves on the corners. the frame was likely made by a folk artist in Pennsylvania as this style was very popular there around the turn of the century.
    There is minor chipping on the foot of the frame (the inner border) as seen in the photos. Otherwise the frame is in great condition and displays beautifully. The glass is original and the backing piece is period correct, the hanging hardware and nails for the backing piece are modern replacements.
