    Description

A delightful antique 6" round brass frame that surrounds a beautiful transfer scene of a pair of putti sitting on a log. The pair is truly charming. And the frame is marked under its hanger. I can't make it out completely, but I believe it say Pat. June 13, 1905. The backing is burgundy velvet in great condition. This was almost certainly originally a hand mirror that someone repurposed long ago. If that is the case, they did an amazing job. This will easily last another 100 years!
Condition: there is a flake on the very outer edge of the porcelain at about 4 o'clock. It is shallow and .25" wide. It's hard to see because the gold gilt is still prominent. Condition otherwise is very good.
    Thanks for looking!
